The Church Ministry Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to assigned pastoral staff and ministry leaders, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the church run smoothly and efficiently. This position serves as a key point of communication and coordination for ministry activities while maintaining a welcoming, servant-hearted attitude. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and committed to supporting the mission of the church through excellence in administration.

The AVL Director provides leadership and oversight for all audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems used throughout Faith Arlington. This individual is responsible for ensuring that every worship service, ministry gathering, and special event is supported with excellence through the effective use of technology. The AVL Director will recruit, train, and lead volunteer production teams while maintaining church-wide AVL equipment and creating an environment where technology enhances worship without becoming the focus. The ideal candidate is a growing follower of Jesus who possesses strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for equipping volunteers to serve with excellence.

The Preschool Director provides leadership, oversight, and spiritual direction for the church’s preschool ministry, serving children from birth through preschool age and partnering closely with parents, volunteers, and the Children’s Director.

The Preschool Director is responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and Christ- centered environment where preschool children can begin developing a foundation of faith and families can experience the love of Christ through the ministry of the church. Working under the leadership of the Children’s Director, the Preschool Director oversees the operation of the preschool ministry, recruits and develops volunteers,
coordinates programming and curriculum, maintains ministry standards, and ensures that the preschool ministry supports the overall vision, values, and discipleship strategy of the church.
